We designed a new website and landing pages for Chicago-based SMBHD.
The company is a Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot consultancy and development service provider. They work with smaller companies across America who, due to their limited knowledge, are not aware of all the opportunities offered by the digitalisation of business.
For this reason, one of the main objectives of the redesign was to successfully address their visitors to a discovery call with the company to check the possibilities of implementing their services.
Identified Problems
- Website Design was very outdated
- Due to a poor choice of the previous template, some functionalities didn't work properly
- Case studies could only be seen on 1 page and not being emphasized enough
- The company has redesigned its brand identity, while the old website was redesigned in line with the previous one.
- Discovery Call CTA (Call to Action) was not made clear
Our Solution
- The website was redesigned in line with the new brand identity and made more attractive to their customers.
- The website is custom-made, without purchased pre-made templates
- The case studies are appropriately displayed in several sections of the website
- We optimised the website for search engines, removed unnecessary functionalities and made it faster
- Discovery Call CTA is very well visible throughout the page
A major change on the website is the redesigned content, which, unlike the old page describing the company, now addresses customers and shows them exactly how their services can help solve various business problems.
SMBHD often gets new clients through their detailed case studies, where they describe how they have helped other companies achieve their goals.
We have taken great care to display these studies and have placed them in as many parts of the website as possible so that new visitors cannot miss them, no matter which page they land on.
The project was carried out in collaboration with BocainDesigns in New York.
